Paper Studio began as a materials desk for design studios that needed better paper advice than a standard print quote could offer. Clients kept asking us to stay through production, so the desk grew into a full studio for business paper goods.

We are based in Portland, Oregon, and work with teams across North America. Distance has never been the barrier; clarity of brief and willingness to sample have always mattered more.

Our point of view is simple: a company’s paper should feel as intentional as its interface. That does not mean every piece must be luxurious. It means every piece should be chosen on purpose.

The studio balances craft sensibility with reliable replenishment. We enjoy beautiful fibers and careful finishing, but we also respect inventory counts, seasonal peaks, and the operations manager who needs bags before Friday.

Team members come from print, design, and hospitality backgrounds. That mix helps us translate brand language into production language without losing either side of the conversation.

We keep the company intentionally focused. Paper Studio does not try to be every kind of print provider. We specialize in stationery systems, branded packaging papers, specialty stocks, and the services that keep those programs healthy.

Long-term clients often describe the relationship as calm. We prefer fewer, deeper programs over constant one-off experiments that never settle into a reusable standard.
